The SUPRADRY (SDV) is a vertical vacuum dryer with a spiral agitator and large heating surface, designed for batch drying of crystalline, paste-like or amorphous products. The drying process takes place under low vacuum (below 1 mbar), while the rotating agitator generates an upward product movement along the vessel wall, continuously renewing the material in contact with the heated surfaces.<\/p>\n
Thanks to its vertical design, spiral agitator and bottom discharge, the dryer is easy to empty and clean. The machine meets the highest standards of purity, documentation and traceability, and is available in sanitary versions with mirror or electro-polished finishes and CIP\/SIP cleaning options. The SUPRADRY can also be equipped with choppers, sampling valve, heated shaft and an ATEX 20\/0 certified interior.<\/p>\n
