The PADDLEDRY (MHT-S) is a horizontal vacuum dryer equipped with a paddle agitator that combines high thermal efficiency with robust mechanical design. The vessel, shaft and paddles are fully heated to maximise heat transfer.
The paddles rotate slowly but very close to the vessel wall, continuously renewing the product in contact with the heated surfaces.<\/p>\n
This design is particularly suitable for drying and reacting products with pseudo-plastic behaviour, where high torque is required. The result is consistent product quality, shorter batch cycles and high process reliability.<\/p>\n
The unit can be configured with sanitary (cGMP) design, mirror or electro-polished surfaces, CIP\/SIP system, choppers, sampling valve and ATEX 20\/0 certification.<\/p>\n
