The CONUSDRY (SCV) is a vertical vacuum dryer with a conical vessel and integrated screw agitator, which slowly transports the product upwards while continuously renewing it against the heated walls. The entire vessel is fully heated and insulated to maximise heat transfer, reducing drying time and ensuring consistent product quality.<\/p>\n
This gentle motion preserves product morphology, making the CONUSDRY ideal for sensitive materials such as APIs, food ingredients and fine chemicals. The unit offers low maintenance requirements, high reliability and can be supplied in sanitary design with CIP\/SIP cleaning systems and ATEX certification.<\/p>\n
