Sådan fungerer en PADDLEDRY horisontal vakuumtørrer
PADDLEDRY (MHT-S) er en horisontal vakuumtørrer med paddle-omrører, der kombinerer høj termisk effektivitet med robust mekanik. Beholder, aksel og skovle er fuldt opvarmede for at maksimere varmeoverførslen. Skovlene roterer med lav hastighed, men tæt på beholdervæggen, hvilket skaber en kontinuerlig fornyelse af produktet i kontakt med varmefladerne.
Denne konstruktion er særligt velegnet til tørring og reaktion af produkter med pseudo-plastisk opførsel, hvor højt drejningsmoment er nødvendigt. Resultatet er ensartet kvalitet, kortere procescyklusser og høj processtabilitet.
Maskinen kan udstyres med sanitært design (cGMP), spejl- eller elektropolerede overflader, CIP/SIP-system, choppers, prøvetagningsventil og ATEX 20/0-certificering.
