How the TURBODRY Vacuum Dryer and Reactor Works
The TURBODRY (MHT-RS) is a horizontal vacuum paddle dryer and reactor designed for handling materials with pseudo-plastic behaviour during reaction and drying. The robust design is ideal for processes where the product must withstand high torque and intense turbulence.
With a fully heated vessel, shaft and paddles, the system achieves maximum thermal efficiency. The high-speed paddles rotate close to the vessel wall, creating continuous product renewal against the heated surfaces and ensuring rapid, uniform drying.
The machine can be supplied in a sanitary design according to cGMP standards, with mirror or electro-polished surfaces. Optional features include choppers, sampling valve, ATEX 20/0 certification, condensation and vacuum systems, and a hydraulically driven main motor.
