Sådan fungerer en TURBODRY vakuumtørrer og reaktor
TURBODRY (MHT-RS) er en horisontal vakuumtørrer og reaktor med paddle-omrører, designet til håndtering af produkter med pseudo-plastisk opførsel under reaktion og tørring. Konstruktionen er særligt velegnet til processer, hvor materialet skal modstå højt drejningsmoment og kraftig turbulens.
Med opvarmet beholder, aksel og skovle opnås maksimal termisk effektivitet. Skovlene roterer med høj hastighed tæt på væggen, hvilket skaber intensiv turbulens og kontinuerlig fornyelse af produktet i kontakt med varmefladerne. Resultatet er hurtigere tørring og ensartet produktkvalitet.
Maskinen kan leveres i sanitært design efter cGMP-standarder og med spejl- eller elektropolerede overflader. Muligheder for ekstraudstyr inkluderer choppers, prøvetagningsventil, ATEX 20/0-certificering, kondensations- og vakuumsystemer samt hydraulisk drevet hovedmotor.
